This study is devoted to introducing a command (Ragham) from the reign of Shāh Safi (1038-1052). The original copy of this command is not available. But, there is a transcript of it in a manuscript which is called Monshaāt (the series of letters) and it's attributed to Mir Mohammad Husain Tafreshi. This command is unique among the Safavid documents. According to document, Shāh Safi is ordered to Safi Gholi Khān, ruling of Irāq-e-Arab and Hamadān (Baiglerbaigy) who his daughter married with Haidar Beg son Zainal Beg Shāmlu, and in this way to end their dispute. The content analysis of document and review of political and military position of Zainal Beg and Safi Gholi Khān in the Safavid period are the aims of this paper.
